Return And Exchange Can Be Acceptable Under These Circumstances:

  • Product Delivered Was Incorrect
  • Product Delivered Was Damage
  • Or If You Want To Exchange Size


1.IN CASE, THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTED/DAMAGED:
Please inform us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not entertain any exchange requests after the 7 day window. Custom orders are non returnable or exchangeable.

2. INCASE OF EXCHANGE OF SIZE:
In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months. The customer is requested to inform us about the same within 7 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 15 days of the registered request. The product can only be exchanged/altered/returned once. 

3. THE COST OF SENDING THE PRODUCT TO US IF ANY HAVE TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER:
You will have to self ship the products to us. We will dispatch the altered/exchanged product at our expense. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know the right size for you. Important notes on Credit Notes & Exchanges:
1. Your store credit valid for 6 months. We do not accept usage of credit codes beyond its validity period so please ensure the code is utilised within the validity period. 
2. Products purchased with credit notes or received through exchange are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.
3. Credit notes cannot be refunded or carried over.
4. Credit notes can only be utilised for online purchases on our website.
5. We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final.
6. The package must be returned unused - with originals tags and packaging. Any items that do not pass these checks will be sent back to the customer. These policies are subject to change without prior notice. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
